REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

SAP S/4HANA SUCCESS FACTORS SERVICES

Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is seeking SAP Certified and experienced System

Integrators (Sis) to purpose and deliver a comprehensive migration of its current on-premises SAP

HCM solution to the Success Factors environment.

Instructions and Scope of Work can be obtained from Andrea Hale, Contract Administrator, by

email andreah@ntua.com or at NTUA Purchasing Department, North Navajo Route 12, Fort

Defiance, Arizona.

Proposal and Cost shall each be submitted in separate PDF attachments clearly marked:

for the Proposal “DO NOT OPEN – SAP S/4HANA SUCCESS FACTORS SERVICES

(PROPOSAL)” and for the Cost “DO NOT OPEN – SAP S/4HANA SUCCESS FACTORS

SERVICES (COST)” and received by February 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (MST).
