Description: The City of Warrensburg is seeking bids for the purchase, delivery, and installation of a Pre-engineered “Safe Shed” or equivalent high- wind protective structure. This shelter will be located at 1550 Corporate Dr, Warrensburg Mo. 64093 (Fire Station 2). This shelter will be designed to be placed outdoors and withstand wear of being permanently placed outdoors.  The primary purpose is to provide life safety protection during extreme weather events (Tornados) Publication Date/Time: 3/12/2026 9:00 AM Closing Date/Time: 4/1/2026 10:00 AM Submittal Information: Submittal instructions are provided within the attached RFP packet. Wind Resistance: Capable of withstanding 250 mph winds Material: Reinforced concrete or heavy- gauge steel construction with debris-impact resistant door.
