PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held April 21, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.  at the Authority’s Board Room on the Mezzanine Level, Terminal B of the Memphis International Airport, 2491 Winchester Road, Memphis, TN 38116.  Only those attending will be allowed to submit responses to this RFP.  All attendees must register at www.eventbrite.com.
