Cobb County (“County” or “Owner”) is issuing this solicitation for Professional Design and Construction Administration Services for Leone Hall Price Park Bridge. Background

In November of 2014, the residents of Cobb County Georgia voted to implement a Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax herein referred to as the 2016 SPLOST. The 2016 SPLOST is intended to address the immediate needs of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs, Transportation, Libraries, Senior Services, Technology, and Public Safety that affect the future of Cobb County. The collection of the 2016 SPLOST began on January 1, 2016 and continued through December 31, 2021.
