A. The Bidding Documents for the above referenced project are hereby modified and revised as

follows.

B. The information contained within this Addendum modifies, supplements or replaces

information contained in the Bidding Documents and is hereby made a part of the Contract

Documents.

1.2 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / CLARIFICATION

QUESTION / CLARIFICATION 1:

The Village of Woodridge has received questions related to BID 2026-07 that are still being researched.

Therefore, the Village has determined it necessary to change the date of posting of the final

addendum to this bid from June 3, 2026 at 3:00pm, to Tuesday June 9, 2026 at 2:00pm.

Interested vendors are responsible to visit the website for any addenda to this bid.

The BID Opening is also being changed from Tuesday June 9, 2026 at 2:00pm, to Tuesday,

June 16, 2026 at 2:00pm.

Please see the revised Bid Cover Page (Page 1 of BID 2026-07) attached as “Exhibit 1”.

Please review accordingly and if necessary, make any changes or modifications to your bid

documents for submittal. Thank you in advance.
