RFP #26-01 – District-Wide Copiers _________________________________________________

NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS SUBMITTING BIDS FOR THIS WORK:

You are hereby notified of the following changes, clarifications or modifications to the original Contract

Documents, Project Manual, Drawings, Specifications, and subsequent Addenda. This Addendum shall

supersede the original; Contract Documents, and previous Addenda wherein it contradicts the same and shall

take precedence over anything to the contrary therein. All other conditions remain unchanged.

CHANGES AND/OR CLARIFICATIONS TO THE PROJECT MANUAL, CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, DRAWINGS AND

SPECIFICATIONS:

CLARIFICATION/ADDITIONS TO THE PROJECT MANUAL

• This addendum is issued to correct an error in the language on page 30, Section 4, under Vendor

Acknowledgement. The previously stated provision regarding the removal and sale of the District’s

current copier fleet was inaccurately stated. The current copier vendor will be responsible for

removing their equipment from all our District site locations, and the RFP should be interpreted

accordingly. All other terms and conditions of the original RFP remain unchanged unless otherwise

stated in this addendum.
