DESCRIPTION OF RFQ:

● Cumberland County is seeking proposals from Architecture/Engineering Services to

provide design and construction administration services for a new fire alarm and mass

notification system that meets the requirements of the local Authority Having

Jurisdiction for the Cumberland County Courthouse at 142 Federal Street, Portland,

ME.

● The RFQ can be obtained by contacting the County via email at

francoeur@cumberlandcounty.org.

● All clarifications and/or questions must be submitted in writing by 2:00pm, January 14,

2026 to the County’s Authorized Representative. Response will be made available no

later than 2:00pm on January 16, 2026.

● The Cumberland County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any

and all bids and, at their discretion, to waive all formalities.

At this time, all provisions and clauses of the RFQ remain unchanged.
