Notice of Request for Qualifications

The Little Rock Port Authority requests qualifications and performance data from prospective engineering firms to provide design and NEPA for rehabilitation and extension of the Main Terminal Dock, also known as North Dock, at the Port of Little Rock. The initial phase will be for preliminary design, cost estimates and NEPA work; completion of design will be contingent upon availability of funds. Evaluation and selection of the engineering firms will be in accordance with the State of Arkansas Procurement Laws and Rules, Subchapter 8, Procurement of Professional Services. Statements of Qualifications from interested parties are to be addressed to the Little Rock Port Authority, attention Marsha Guffey, 10600 Industrial Harbor Drive, Little Rock, AR 72206. Statements of Qualifications must be received on or before 10:30 am CST April 24, 2025.
