Scope of Services
Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) is an electric and water municipal utility serving Orlando, Florida and portions of surrounding Orange County. OUC also has an Inter-local agreement with the City of St. Cloud, Florida for the management of its electric utility. Currently we serve more than 380,000 customers. The purpose of outplacement services is to support employees who are affected by organizational changes such as restructuring, position eliminations, or workforce reductions, by providing professional guidance and resources to help them transition to new employment. These services offer employees individualized coaching, résumé development, interview preparation, networking strategies, job‑search support, and career counseling to help them re‑enter the job market with confidence. For the organization, outplacement services help reduce business continuity risks, protect brand and reputational standing, support morale among remaining employees, and mitigate legal or compliance risks by ensuring a fair, consistent, and compassionate approach to workforce transitions.
