General Information:

This project consists of removal and disposal of five (5) structures at the Gordy Jolma Family Natural Area. These structures include two (2) pedestrian bridges and three (3) pump houses.

Opening Date: Tuesday, September 9, 2025

Pre-Bid Conference:

Pre-Bid Meeting is Non-Mandatory but highly encouraged and is scheduled for 10:30 am on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

Contractors shall meet and park off NE 142 ^nd Avenue near the intersection with SE 39 ^th Street. A park gate will be open at that time for attendees to park in the grass area.
