Additionally, an attached hazardous/regulatedmaterial report was completed.The awarded contractor will be required to perform all services as outlined in the Scopeof Work section of this Request for Proposal and shall include the cost for the project asoutlined in this proposal. The cost of all labor, material, equipment, tools, supervision,etc. shall be included in the proposal cost pricing. The firm selected will be required tocomplete this project as soon as possible after award of contract. Please use the ProposalForm provided to submit your response.The final date for submitting a proposal for this project is THURSDAY, JUNE 4, 2026at 4:00 P.M. to Jesse Stanford, Monroe County Land Bank, 51 South Macomb Street,Monroe, Michigan 48161.
