Bids are invited by the owner of 202 Meridian Street, Groton, CT. Bids will be received on behalf of the owner by the Town of Groton, Planning Department 134 Groton Long Point Road, Groton, CT until 2:00 P.M., June 22, 2026 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Bid packages are available at the Town of Groton’s website, www.groton-ct.gov or at the State of Connecticut CTSource website, portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/Login State Contracting Portal, Town of Groton Solicitation 059-PI-06. Mandatory pre-bid conference. 8:00 AM on June 12, 2026, 202 Meridian Street, Groton, CT. Scope of work includes electrical, plumbing, sheet rock repairs, painting.
