Project Description: Online sealed bids for the disposing of sewage sludge from the Conewago Township Sewer Authority Wastewater Treatment Plant will be received by the Conewago Township Sewer Authority, York County, Pennsylvania via PennBid program on Friday, June 19, 2026 until 10:00 a.m. local prevailing time; at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at no cost at pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted via PennBid’s Public Q&A section. No questions will be accepted by phone, fax, or direct e-mail.
Each bidder must deposit, with the bid, Security in the amount of 10% of the bid for one year of disposal and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
Bidders are advised that they must comply with all State anti-kickback regulations pertaining to work associated with this project. Additionally, bidders are advised that they must comply with Federal Highway Administration Regulations of Part 382 of FHWA Codes under the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991, as amended, as it affects licensed CDL drivers and addresses controlled substance and alcohol testing and reporting of drivers with CDL's performing driving functions and safety sensitive functions.
All bids shall remain irrevocable for 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
