TO BID DOCUMENTS FOR

BOROUGH OF HIGHLAND PARK

SPRING 2025 TREE PLANTING PROJECT

PROPOSAL DUE DATE Tuesday, January 7, 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bid advertised by the Borough of Highland Park for the above-referenced project is hereby amended by this Revision/Addendum #1.

This addendum is issued for the purpose of answering questions received from various proposers for clarification on the requirements for the size of the material to be planted.

This addendum includes answers to the following question:

Are there specifics for the sizes of the plant material that needs to be planted?

All trees must be at least 2.0-2.5” in caliper, balled and in burlap.

All remaining provisions of the Bid shall remain unchanged.
