The City of Spokane, through The City Council office is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Proposals from Firms interested in providing State Legislative and Lobbying Services . It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request.
