Summary

The Montgomery County Department of Parks is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services for an HVAC and building envelope improvements project at the Saddlebrook Park Police Headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland.

This Request for Qualifications (RFQu) will be the first phase of a two-step procurement and only those firms who are pre-qualified as a result of this RFQu will be eligible to receive the fully detailed Invitation for Bid. No monetary award will be made as a result of this RFQu.
