The Contractor is to obtain professional appraisal review services to facilitate acquisitions for the abovenamed project. The Contractor shall provide to DOT&PF formal, desk review of eminent domain appraisals; perform spot checks of all Waiver Valuations; and provide desk review of Pink Sheets as needed for several parcels as identified on the attached proposal and accompanying bid sheet. This work must comply with the 49 CFR Part 24 (Uniform Act) and the Alaska Right-of-Way Manual.
