Bid documents are being made available via digital and original paper copy. The Contract Documents, in printed form, may be examined at the City of Tupelo City Hall, 71 East Troy Street, Tupelo, MS 38804. The Contract Documents may also be purchased and electronically downloaded at www.tupelomsbids.com or www.corbettleggeplans.com . Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. A pre-bid conference will be held Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 10:00AM in the conference room of the Director of Operations (Mr. Matt Lentell) located in the Cadence Bank Arena. Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the project manual. The BancorpSouth Arena reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted.

Bids must be submitted on the form to be furnished by the Engineer and must be accompanied by bid bond or certified check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to Cadence Bank Arena Tupelo, Mississippi. Bid envelope must contain on the outside of the envelope, the Contractor’s current Certificate of Responsibility Number and the Contractor’s License Number unless a statement on the exterior says that the bid enclosed is less than or did not exceed $50,000.00. Envelope containing bids must be sealed, marked and addressed as follows:
