Description: The City of Fremont intends to retain a qualified consulting firm to provide professional consultant services to perform analysis, engineering design, and construction management of the North Broad Street Viaduct Rehabilitation Project located on North Broad Street between North Carlstrom Drive and Judy Avenue. The Consultant must be familiar with the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS). The Consultant shall perform a “Special Inspection” upon completion of the repair work to document the changes made in the bridge record. The Consultant must demonstrate recent similar design experience and construction management. The Consultant shall provide preliminary and final engineering design services including any related federal environmental laws, regulations and policies for the completion of the Plans, Specification and Estimate (PS&E) for construction of the diagnosed improvements.
