REQUEST FOR BID

ARTICULATING BOOM LIFT

Bids will be received by the Town of Merrimack until 2:00 PM on Monday, March 2, 2026 to

supply and deliver one (1) new JLG E450AJ Articulating Boom Lift or equivalent to the Town of

Merrimack Wastewater Treatment Facility in accordance with following enclosed details bid

specifications and conditions.

The Town plans to trade in one (1) 2005 Genie Z4525 Articulating Boom Lift (Serial#E452505-

24596) at time of delivery of the new Articulating Boom Lift. The trade-in unit can be viewed at

the Merrimack Wastewater Treatment Facility. Please contact Derek Connell, Maintenance

Manager or Taylor Ingerson, Assistant Maintenance Manager, at 603-883-8196,

dconnell@merrimacknh.gov or tingerson@merrimacknh.gov to set up a time to view the unit,

Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. This unit will be in operation until delivery of the

new lift is made. Please indicate the trade-in amount for this unit on the Bid Form.

The bid shall be submitted on the Bid Form furnished herewith and shall exclude state and federal

taxes not applicable to municipalities. The bid price shall be quoted F.O.B Town of Merrimack

Wastewater Treatment Facility, at 36 Mast Rd, Merrimack, NH 03054.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, re-bid, negotiate any contracts, to waive

irregularities in the bids, and to accept the bid which, in the Town’s sole discretion, best serves the

interest of the Town, and waive any formalities in the bid process.

Bids must be marked “Bid on Articulating Boom Lift” and delivered to the Town of Merrimack

Finance Department, located at 6 Baboosic Lake Road, Merrimack, NH 03054 by the date and

time specified above when they will be read aloud.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to confirm the bid is received by the Finance Department by the

date and time specified.

Complete descriptive literature, including warranty information shall accompany the bid.
