Bid Synopsis:	The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point is requesting bids for the purchase of services to upgrade two stock tanks in the Department’s pilot paper machine laboratory, including installation of a false bottom and automatic drain valve for each tank. Information for this solicitation can be found and responses MUST be entered online at: https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=UWisconsin . Bidder must attend one job site visit prior to submitting a bid to assure themselves and the University that they fully understand all requirements of the project. The mandatory site visit will be held on March 26th, 2026, at 9 A.M. CDT. The location for the visit site is the Lab Science Building, Room D135 :2001 Fourth Avenue, Stevens Point, WI 54481. The Certificate of Site Visitation form must be completed by the Bidder, signed by a university representative(s) and uploaded here in order to submit a bid for this procurement. The public bid opening will be held virtually on 9:00 am CT 04/17/26. During the session, only the names and prices of the bidders will be announced.
