Description: The Natrona County Commissioners are accepting sealed proposals for the defense of Involuntary Commitment Cases. The County of Natrona, Wyoming in compliance with their procurement policy, is seeking a Wyoming Licensed Attorney(s) to defend patients in Involuntary Commitment hearings under Wyo. Stat. Ann. 25-10-101 et seq. The County is seeking cover letters and resumes. Cover letters shall include relevant experience, familiarity with and proficient use of Wyoming File & Serve Xpress system, ability to access hearings via Zoom, ability to follow and comply with timelines and a short expression of interest. Finally, the cover letter should include and acknowledgement that the attorney understands that court is every weekday morning at 8:30 am (unless otherwise ordered). The cover letter shall not exceed more that one (1) page.
