Bid Title:	ITB: Pender County Soil and Water Streamflow Rehabilitation Assistance Program, East/ Mill Branch

Description: Description: Sealed bids for the Mill Branch and East Mill Branch (Atkinson) Stream Debris Removal Project will be received by the Pender Soil and Water Conservation District until 3 p.m. Oct. 14, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at noon Oct. 15, 2026, at 801 S. Walker St., Burgaw, NC 28425. The project is part of the Streamflow Rehabilitation Assistance Program (STRAP) and consists of: Removal of stream obstructions, including tree limbs, dislodged brush, rubbish and other debris that impede streamflow or navigation. Removal of trees leaning more than 45 degrees over the channel. Proper placement and processing of removed debris in accordance with the project specifications and woody debris removal guidelines. The project includes approximately 18,861 feet of Mill Branch and 2,023 feet of East Mill Branch. These lengths are estimates provided for reference only and will not be used to determine payment or project completion. Bids must state the total price for completing the contract, not a price per foot.
