Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Waukegan IL 60085 until April 7, 2026 at 9:20 am Central Standard Time (CST) for: 2026 MANHOLE & CATCH BASIN FRAMES & GRATES This will be made available to all parties desiring to bid. RFP’s will be opened at City Hall Council Chambers, 100 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., and Bid Proposals will be due April 7, 2026 at 9:20 am.
