Morrow County is requesting sealed bids from qualified equipment vendors for the purchase of one (1) new 360-degree rotating tracked carrier. The equipment will support trail maintenance and park operations within Morrow County.  MST-40CR is primarily used for transporting and placing materials in difficult terrain conditions.

The County intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specifications outlined in this solicitation.

5. AWARD METHOD

Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid

meets the requirements and specifications of this ITB.

The County reserves the right to:

• Reject any or all bids

• Waive minor informalities

• Accept a bid deemed in the best interest of the County

6. EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS

The County seeks to purchase one new tracked carrier meeting or exceeding the

following specifications. The specification references the Morooka MST-40CR as the

baseline standard for performance and operational compatibility. Equipment that meets

or exceeds these specifications may be considered

7. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

• Equipment must be new and unused

• Due to grant funding restrictions, Morrow County will not accept delivery of or

take possession of the equipment on or before June 30, 2026. Delivery and

transfer of ownership must occur on or after July 1, 2026. Delivery location:

Vendor must provide:

• Full operational inspection

• Operator orientation

• Warranty documentation

8. WARRANTY

Bidder shall provide:

• Standard manufacturer warranty

• Minimum one-year warranty on equipment

Warranty details must be included with the bid submission.

9. SERVICE AND SUPPORT

Vendor must identify:

• Authorized service provider

• Location of nearest service facility

• Estimated response time for repairs

10. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Bids must include:

• Completed bid form

• Equipment specification sheet

• Delivery timeline

• Warranty information

• Total purchase price

All pricing must remain valid for 30 days following bid closing.
