Description: Notice is hereby given that proposals for the Port of Bellingham Janitorial Services will be received at the Administrative Offices of the Port of Bellingham, 1801 Roeder Avenue, Bellingham, WA 98225 until 2:00 PM, January 5, 2026. Proposals received after the specified time and date will not be considered. All submitted proposals must include one (1) original and one (1) digital copy. The scope of work involves janitorial, window washing, and carpet cleaning services for the period of February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2028 for designated locations at the Port of Bellingham. This work is subject to prevailing wage rates as required on all public building service maintenance (janitorial) agreements. A NON-MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for December 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM. The Port of Bellingham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities. All proposals submitted shall be considered valid offers for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the proposal due date.
