Snow College is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to establish a purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor offering the lowest total cost for the installation of a 20' × 20' × 10' steel carport on a prepared cement pad.
The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to complete the project. All work must be performed in compliance with applicable building codes and safety standards.
Must be installed on or before August 01, 2026.
Please Note: No additional charges will be allowed after the bid is awarded.
Evaluation of Quotes: Each quote received shall be evaluated for responsiveness in as outlined in the Utah Procurement Code. This IFB shall be evaluated by the objective criteria described in this IFB. Quotes submitted must comply with the specification identified in this IFB.
Multiple or alternate quotes will not be accepted. If a vendor submits multiple or alternate quotes, Snow College will only accept the bidder's primary bid and will not accept any other bids constituting multiple or alternate bids.
Snow College Purchasing may solicit other quotes via email, phone, or other methods as permitted by the Utah Procurement Code or applicable Administrative Rules.
