Summary

The Town of Manchester is soliciting bids for printed envelopes.

Prices quoted must include inside delivery to each ordering department at various locations in Manchester, CT. The prices quoted must also include any and all charges for typesetting, artwork, setup, and any other costs or fees associated with production. The Town will not pay freight charges, surcharges, fuel or energy charges.

Deliveries must be scheduled 48 hours in advance with the department, unless otherwise noted differently. The Town can supply camera ready artwork of the Town Seal for the Town Clerk’s envelopes, if needed.
