1. Overview

Eugene School District 4J is soliciting bids for 2,000 used MacBook Air computers. All bids

must meet the requirements outlined below. This RFB follows Oregon public procurement

guidelines.

3. Confirmation of intent to purchase all 2,000 units

4. Submission Deadline

• Deadline: April 6, 2026 at 2:00 PM

• Late submissions will not be considered.

5. Terms & Conditions

• Items are sold “as-is, where-is”, with no warranties expressed or implied.

• Lane Education Service District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

• Winning bidder is responsible for pickup or shipping costs.

• All bids must comply with Oregon public procurement rules.
