RFP posted on our website for proposals that will be evaluated for Construction Manager/General Contractor. Project scope will construct a new classroom engineering building for the College of Engineering. The program includes a portion of the operations of the College of Engineering. The program will entail classroom, laboratory, office, and student spaces for the college which are currently spread over nine buildings around the campus. The scope of the of the project will be approximately 68,000 sf. Any subsequent phase or phases are to be determined and are not to be considered within the scope of this project. The University will host a site visit with the architect on Thursday, August 8, 2024 @ 8:30 am at the Torrence Hall Parking lot. The project will be built in the parking lot on the west side of campus which is between Torrance and Holland Halls.
