Wilson Ave., Bartow, FL 33830prior to 2:00:00 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, June 11 June18, 2025, and publicly opened shortly thereafter, at City Hall within a designated Conference Room located at the location stated above. SCOPE OF WORK : The City of Bartow’s Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts Department is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision for the installation of public restrooms at six designated locations within the city.
