Description: CITY OF FITCHBURG 26-011 Cemetery Staff Trailer MGL c. 30B, Supplies over $50k, Request for Proposals The City of Fitchburg invites sealed proposals for the lease of one (1) 12-foot by 60-foot office trailer to be delivered and installed at the current trailer site at 115 Mt. Elam Road, Fitchburg, MA 01420. Proposals will be received until April 7 th , 2026 at 2:00 PM at the office of the Chief Procurement Officer, City Hall, 718 Main Street, Suite 208, Fitchburg, MA and at the designated time and place publicly opened and recorded. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, and any resulting contract will be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional proposals. The City reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the specifications.
