Project Description: The Borough of Folcroft is performing inflow and infiltration (I & I) abatement improvements on Borough-owned sewer collection piping and manholes within the municipal limit as part of their annual I & I Abatement program. A portion of the funding for this project will be provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED) PA Small Water & Sewer Program. In general, the work consists of but is not limited to: cure-in-place-pipe lining of sewers, manhole to manhole, including, cleaning, pre- and post-installation inspection, lining and bypass piping and pumping.
