Notes	The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements contract for 20,00 cu-ft of granular activated carbon for the City of Arlington Water Treatment Plants. The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late bids will not be accepted.
