The St. Johns River Water Management District (the “District”) is seeking bids from qualified Suppliers for the purchase of approximately 13,000 tons of road base material to refurbish the Fellsmere Water Management flood protection levee for a total of approximately 12.5 miles. The District will provide the trucking. The District intends to award and issue a purchase order to one Supplier capable of delivering the materials requested in this solicitation. The Purchase Order shall serve as the Agreement between the District and the awarded Respondent.
