Notice is given that on December 23, 2025 at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly

open separate sealed bids for 2026 Franklin Ave Bridge 6664 Rehabilitation, Project Number 61800,

Contract Number 25P314.

The work of this project includes: Replace Bridge deck waterproofing, install new deck drainage system,

& paint steel beams, repair station foundation, connect to storm sewer system, and repair concrete

delamination under the bridge.
