Description: NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PMRE Emulsion and Fog Seal The Lake County Department of Public Works invites proposals to procure approximately 800 tons of PMRE chip seal oil which conforms to section 94 of the Caltrans Standard Specifications and 237 tons of FOG Seal. Proposers must have the ability to deliver and spread the emulsion. Delivery will be to various locations within Lake County. Proposals are due May 30, 2025.
