Notes	The Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management Agency, Inc., hereinafter referred to as BVSWMA, Inc., is seeking applications from qualified financial institutions to serve as the banking service depository. This includes the basic services of receiving deposits, paying items, sending wired funds, receiving wired funds, stop payments, and other normal business banking activities. This agreement will not cover any investment transaction. It is the intent of BVSWMA, Inc. to select a single Applicant to accomplish services outlined in this Request for Application, or “RFA”; although, we reserve the right to award a portion, or portions, to multiple applicants if beneficial to BVSWMA, Inc. Financial institutions (“banks”) desiring to respond to this RFA should bear in mind that BVSWMA, Inc. wishes to pursue an aggressive cash management and investment program. Further, BVSWMA, Inc. views maximized investment interest as viable and material revenue to all funds. BVSWMA, Inc.’s cash management policy shall be designed and managed in a manner responsive to the public trust and consistent with State and local law. Physical Delivery: Hard copy responses must be delivered to BVSWMA-Twin Oaks Landfill by the closing time and date of 10/7/2026 at 2:00 PM
