Description: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR FILED SUB-BIDDERS – ELEVATORS ONLY Fall Brook Elementary School City of Leominster, Massachusetts The City of Leominster, through its school building committee (FBBC), requests that qualified and experienced DCAMM Certified filed sub-bidders submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for the Fall Brook Elementary School Building Project. The Project consists of the new construction of a 2-story, 104,501 gsf elementary school. Interested filed sub-bidders are sought for the following categories of work, at the estimated values indicated: ? Elevators $ 200,000 Project Information: Owner’s Project Manager:  LeftField, LLC Designer:  Miller Dyer Spears Architects Estimated Total Construction Cost:  $85,398,438 Estimated Construction Duration: October 2026 to August 2028 The complete RFQ including directions will be available RFQ available beginning Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM at www.projectdog.com , project code #874613 SOQs must be submitted at or before Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM. This RFQ is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in MGL Chapter 149; only prequalified firms will be permitted to submit bids for the category of work in which they were prequalified. The City of Leominster, acting through its FBBC and Prequalification Committee, reserves the right to reject any and all responses in full or in part, to waive minor informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the City of Leominster.
