Crawford County Mountainburg Water Plumbing LMI Hook-ups and Septic System Installations
Western Arkansas Planning and Development District, on behalf of Crawford County is accepting sealed bids for a licensed Master Plumber/Septic Installer (septic installation can be subcontracted), a Building Contractor’s license will also be required as well as an active registration in Sam.gov . The project is for connection and some plumbing and/or structural modification or septic installations of approximately (24) twenty-four homes in north central Crawford County to the Mountainburg Water System. Sealed bids will be received by Western Arkansas Planning and Development District until May 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., then at the said office publicly opened and read aloud. Instructions for Bidders, Bid and Contract Forms, Work Write-ups, Specifications and other contract documents may be obtained from Tracee McKenna/ WAPDD by emailing tmckenna@wapdd.org or calling (479) 785-2651. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of the bid opening. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State Law.
