Description: The Lowell Housing Authority seeks bids from qualified contractors interested in providing labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for carpet replacement throughout the agency on an as needed basis during a three-year contract period. The Contractor awarded the contract under this QSP will be responsible for the timely replacement of carpeting as specified and directed by LHA personnel.  Work may be required to be performed at any LHA property.
