Scope of Services
The intent of this solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of empty Polypropylene Sandbags with built-in (attached) tie strings at a minimum order quantity of 1,000 bags per-order delivered price. The sandbags shall be purchased from the awarded contractor(s) on an as needed basis; therefore, it is understood by the bidder that no warranty is given, or implied, as to the quantities that will be purchased. The awarded contractor shall provide to the County sandbags that meet or exceed the specifications outlined herein.
