Stockton Street, Ada, OK 74820, until _1:30_ p.m. CST, on April 16th, 2026for:LWCF/OTRD Project Activity: Wintersmith Lake Dredging Project Bid #26-11-13OTRD Project Number: _40-01257_Bids will be opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. CST on April 16th, 2026, at City HallCouncil Chambers, 231 S. Townsend, Ada, OK 74820.All bids must include assurances that the following provisions will be complied with:1. Federal Labor Standards Provisions, US Department of Labor, 29 CFR 5; Subpart A-Davis-Bacon Act for the use of the appropriate Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rate(s) for thecounty and state in which the project is located; and Subpart B – Fringe Benefit Provisions.2. Section 109 - of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, which assuresthat no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age,disability, or family status be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, orbe subjected to discrimination.3. Non-Segregated Facilities, Certification that assures the bidder does not maintain orprovide any segregated facilities.4. Executive Order 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO); provisions requireaffirmative action and prohibits federal contractors from discriminating on the basis ofrace, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.5. Minority Business Enterprise and Women Business Enterprise provisions which encourageminority-owned business and women-owned businesses to bid on the project.6. Circular 570 – Assurances that surety companies executing bonds appear on the TreasuryDepartment’s list and are authorized to transact business in the State where the projectis located.7. SAM.GOV Registration – Entities must be Active in SAM.gov with no exclusions in order toreceive a federally assisted contract.8. Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) - Enacted in the Infrastructure Investment andJobs Act requires all IRON AND STEEL used in federally assisted infrastructure projectscosting over $250,0000 must be produced in the United States.The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalitieswithout assigning the reason therefore, and to make the award in the best interest of theowner. Bid must be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder pursuant tothe Oklahoma State Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended.A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 2:00 PM CSTat Wintersmith Park Lodge, 1621 Wintersmith Drive (North end of Park across from AquaticsCenter) , Ada, OK 74820.Specifications and Bid Documents are on file with the Owner and are available in the office ofthe City of Ada Engineering Dept., 231 S.
