Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read. Bidders providing bids by mail shall allow for delivery time. The Project consists of replacement of 96-inch-diameter by 58.5-foot-long CMP Culvert with a 50’ long precast concrete box culvert with precast concrete headwalls, wing walls, and cutoff walls at the inlet and outlet ends.
