Description: LEGAL NOTICE RFP 25-2013 PROPERTY LEASE FOR INSTALLATION OF TELECOMMUNICATION FACILITIES The Town of Concord is inviting proposals from a qualified firm or firms to lease a portion of town owned building for the purpose of installing, operating, and maintaining a wireless telecommunications tower and related apparatus at 40 Stow Street, Concord, MA.
