Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS  #25086 PRINTING AND MAILING SERVICES The City of Gloucester is seeking proposals for Printing and Mailing Services.  The selected contractor will be responsible for printing and mailing of the City’s tax bills.  The RFP package will be available on Nov. 20, 2024 at bidnet direct. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, MA.  The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.
