OUC would like the vendors to provide 2 options of quotes.
Quote #1: Start date 02/27/ 2026, end date 02/26/2027

Quote #2: Start date 02/27/2026, end date 02/26/2029 (looking for savings on a multi-year purchase)
For multi-year contract, the payment will be made annually.

For example, for 3-year contract, 1/3 of the payment will be made each year.
