Notes	The City of Irving, Texas invites all qualified individuals, non-profits, for-profits, or other interested firms to submit a proposal to: 1) Develop a minimum of 50 new home ownership units for first-time homebuyers (single-family, duplex, townhome, etc.), and/or 2) Rehabilitate an aging multi-family apartment complex with a minimum of 75 units, retaining a minimum of 30% affordable housing units. Program funding will be utilized for acquisition purposes only. This project is funded using federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds and developers will be required to comply with applicable state/federal requirements. Any questions or requests for clarification must be submitted individually  under the Questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued. Please call the individual listed on the solicitation if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic submission will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. In the case of an RFP or RFQ, any hard copy requirements in addition to the electronic response will be noted in the specifications. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
