Notes	This project will generally include all construction, labor, materials, administration, and associated activities required in conjunction with or properly incidental necessary for the Downtown Silos Exterior East Side Repaint. An optional to attend Pre-bid meeting will be held at the Conference Room 1W2 at City Hall, 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Pre-bid questions are required to be submitted via the IonWave Technologies, Inc. bidding system, and will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Should it be necessary, an addendum addressing the questions received will be issued no later than 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 26, 2026. Special Note: Prior to submittal of questions related to the Carrollton City Hall Exterior Improvements and First & Second Level Improvements, please review all the information and instructions provided in the Contract Documents and Specifications manual. Vendors should not contact anyone other than Engineering for questions related to the proposal process.
