Summary

The City of Portsmouth, NH is requesting sealed bids for Portsmouth Water Storage Tank Rehabilitations . Bids are to be submitted electronically via the eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofportsmouth before 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 23, 2026 . Late responses will not be accepted.

Project work includes rehabilitation and painting of the City's three drinking water storage tanks.

Background

The Project consists of spot interior and exterior coating repairs and a full exterior overcoat at the Spinney Road Composite Hydropillar; a full rehabilitation of interior surfaces, spot exterior coating repair and a full exterior overcoat at the Newington Booster Station Reservoir; and spot interior and exterior coating repairs at the Lafayette Standpipe all in Portsmouth, New Hampshire along with other appurtenant work on the tanks. The Project also consists of the installation of a cathodic protection system in each tank.
